1. Diesel forklifts are special equipment. Drivers must undergo professional training, pass the assessment of relevant departments, and obtain special operation certificates before they can drive. They are not allowed to operate without a license.

2. It is strictly forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol or drive while fatigued. Do not engage in activities that hinder the safe operation of the forklift during driving, such as eating, talking on the phone, chatting, etc.

3. Drivers must wear labor protection equipment when driving a forklift; when getting on and off the forklift, they must not jump up and down, but must hold the handle with their hands and step on the board. It is strictly forbidden to hold the steering wheel or joystick to enter the cab; it is strictly forbidden to put any part of the body into the gantry mechanism or between the gantry and the body.

4. Before starting the vehicle, you must check whether the capacity of the forklift's working oil tank has reached the specified capacity, check whether the oil pipe, water pipe, exhaust pipe and accessories have leakage, check whether the wheel bolts are tight and whether the tire pressure has reached the specified value, check the flexibility and reliability of the steering and braking systems, check whether the electrical circuits are connected, whether the joints are loose, whether the horn, turn signal, brake light and various instruments are working normally, etc. The diesel forklift must be operated when it is in good condition.

5. When the forklift starts to load, the driver should first confirm that the cargo is stable and reliable; it must start slowly and steadily. When loading and unloading cargo, the brakes must be activated during the process from the start of the fork to the stable load and the opposite process; when the forklift is lifting or lowering, no one is allowed within a radius of 1 meter from the fork range.

6. When the forklift is in operation, no one is allowed to get on or off the vehicle, and it is strictly forbidden to stand on the forklift. If there is someone in front of you, you should honk the horn to remind you of your driving route. When turning, crossing or at a narrow intersection, you should drive slowly and carefully, and honk the horn to be ready to stop at any time. When entering and exiting the work site or driving, pay attention to whether there are obstacles in the air. Do not make sharp turns or brake suddenly in non-emergency situations.

7. When the forklift is unloaded, it is 0.05-0.15 meters above the ground; when the cargo is loaded, the height of the cargo from the ground shall not be greater than 0.5 meters, and the lifting mast must be tilted backward to the limit.

8. When driving an empty vehicle on a slope, it is necessary to reverse uphill and the forklift forward downhill; when driving on a slope with cargo, the forklift needs to move forward uphill and reverse downhill; when the forklift is driving downhill, it is strictly forbidden to slide in neutral; turning around on the slope is not allowed under any circumstances.

9. The items carried by the forklift shall not block the driver's line of sight. If the driver's line of sight is blocked, the forklift shall be reversed and driven slowly. If the forklift encounters an uphill slope, it shall not be reversed, and there shall be someone beside to direct the forklift to move upward.

10. It is strictly forbidden to drive overspeed, overload, or overload; the speed of the forklift shall be controlled within 5 kilometers per hour regardless of whether it is empty or overloaded; on a good road surface, the weight of the finished product or raw material carried by the diesel forklift each time shall not exceed the rated weight. When operating under poor road conditions, the load should be appropriately reduced and the driving speed should be reduced.

11. It is not allowed to raise the goods for long-distance driving during operation (the height shall not be greater than 0.5 meters); it is not allowed to use the fork to overturn the forklift pallet and unload the goods by the method of braking inertia; it is not allowed to directly shovel dangerous goods; it is not allowed to operate with a single fork; it is not allowed to load and unload goods by inertia; it is not allowed to use the fork to carry people to work, and it is strictly forbidden to stand under the fork after the fork is raised and to carry out maintenance work; it is not allowed to use damaged or deformed pallets to carry goods.

12. During the operation, if suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon is found, the vehicle must be stopped and checked immediately, and measures must be taken in time to eliminate it. The operation shall not be continued before the fault is eliminated; it is strictly forbidden to repair or install or disassemble parts when the forklift is started.

13. When parking, the forklift should be lowered to the lowest position, the steering handle should be placed in the neutral position, the parking brake handle should be pulled, the key switch should be turned off and the key should be removed. The forklift should not be parked near emergency passages, entrances and exits, or fire-fighting facilities. Try to avoid parking the forklift on a slope. If it is unavoidable, other reliable objects should be used to plug the wheels, tighten the handbrake and turn off the engine.

14. After parking, it is forbidden to suspend the goods in the air. After unloading, the forklift should be lowered to the normal driving position before driving.

15. After each use, the Internal Combustion forklift must be parked at the designated location.

16. If personal injury, company property loss and company reputation are affected due to violation of this regulation, warnings, fines, compensation, dismissal, transfer to judicial authorities, etc. may be given according to the severity.
